    CAREM-25 - демонстрационный реактор. Его тепловая мощность - 100 МВт, электрическая - 25 МВт(эл.). У будущих коммерческих CAREM электрическая мощность предполагается значительно более высокой - до 150 МВт(эл.) при естественной циркуляции и до 300 МВт(эл.) при использовании насосов.
